NY Times: Quietly, Dot-Coms Rewrite Rules on Office Romance:
Many young people at Internet and high technology start-ups are using the workplace as a launching pad to find love. Not content with redefining other aspects of workplace culture, dot-com companies, often populated by the young and dedicated, are throwing out corporate rules that discouraged dating and fraternization among employees.
