Liz Dolan via Fast Company: The problem in the dotcom world is the flimsiness of most ideas. There's a presumption that anyone with a PowerPoint presentation can be in business. In the dotcom world, there are people with 15-page PowerPoint presentations and no core ideas. There's nothing to differentiate what they're trying to do. There's no experience for the consumer that is transforming in any way. And most of all, there are no values.
