Steve Ulfeder: I want a startup to be somebody's obsession. I want an e-commerce company that exists because some guy knew - just knew - there was a better way to express his lifelong passion. Moreover, I like the idea of that guy going through hell to launch that company. I want to hear stories about when the corporate headquarters was located above a strip joint. About the code jockey who stayed awake for 96 hours. About the 23 credit cards, every one of them maxed out.
