Eisner's internal memo to Disney employees: Quite frankly, the biggest challenge of the Internet is that there's really never been anything quite like it before. And so, like the two skiers who are crossing Antarctica, we have to keep adjusting our strategies as conditions keep changing so that we can reach our ultimate goal of success and profitability in this extraordinary new electronic space.
