The Houston Kmart bust scandal has now claimed the chief of police. Captain Aguirre, the first officer suspended after the incident, has a long-running feud with Police Chief Bradford, which has led to Bradford's indictment on perjury. So far, a total of 13 police officers have been suspended, and a 100 million dollar lawsuit against Houston have been filed.
