The Sunday Herald, found a blueprint outlining a plan for US global domination created by Project for the New American Century (PNAC) called Rebuilding America's Defences: Strategies, Forces and Resources for a New Century. It was written in September 2000 for the soon-to-be vice president Dick Cheney along with other members of Bush's cabinet. Sadly, this is not altogether shocking.

American Imperialism. This is why the world hates America. This is why dozens of people are willing to sacrifice their own lives to kill thousands more.
