From Jim Gilliam's blog

I had an eye exam today. When the doctor was looking at my eyes through one of the machines, she asked me two questions: "Have you taken steroids?" "Have you had radiation treatments?" Of course, the answer to both is yes. She could see all that just from looking at my eyes! Apparently I have a certain kind of cataract on both of my eyes that is caused by these kinds of treatments. Fortunately, the cataracts only impact my vision when I look up, so it's not really that big of a deal. Sure beats getting a palm reading.
