MSNBC is reporting that Richard Perle just resigned from the Defense Policy Board. No word yet as to why, but this could be a blow to the neo-conservative agenda.

UPDATE: Bummer. He's simply resigning because he doesn't want his Global Crossing shenanigans to cause problems for the Bush Administration during the war.
