Amidst U.S. neglect, the Taliban is resurrecting itself in Afghanistan.
Ahmed Wali Karzai: "What was promised to Afghans with the collapse of the Taliban was a new life of hope and change. But what was delivered? Nothing. Everyone is back in business."
