Two very courageous California Assemblymen, Keith Richman (R) and Joe Canciamilla (D), have introduced a budget proposal that both cuts spending and raises taxes. What renegades!
Unfortunately, they are the only two that support it.
The best quote comes from Lois Wolk: "It's the only plan that has one vote from each party."
