Darrell Issa successfully bought 1.2 million signatures. Volunteers contributed another 200,000, for a total of 1.4 million signatures to recall Governor Davis. If 900,000 signatures are valid, there will be a $30 million election to determine 1) whether to recall the governor, and 2) who will replace him. Hmmm. Think we're gonna get a budget passed now?
