Political State Report has the details on the recall ballot.
16 pages long. Random order. All 80 assembly district's will be different.
Yeah, this is gonna work.
UPDATE: Kevin Shelley just released the random alphabet order. H, B, and S are in sequence. This puts Arianna Huffington, Cruz Bustamante, Arnold Schwarzeneggar, and Bill Simon all clustered "relatively" close to each other.
