Tom Schaller posted a spectacular must-read analysis of the Iowa caucus situation. Bottom line: Despite Dean's decline in the tracking polls, rumors are that Dean has the capacity to pull off a surprise victory in Iowa -- partly due to the strength of his organization (the most sophisticated in history), but also that 60-65% of Dean's identified voters have never been to a caucus before.
