Fox is reporting that the ACLU is coming to the defense of none other than .... Rush Limbaugh! The ACLU offered their help a few weeks ago to defend Limbaugh against an overzealous prosecution seeking his medical records -- a blatant privacy violation.

Personally, I hope that Limbaugh does 20 years like so many other nonviolent drug offenders. When he comes out of jail, he can work ceaselessly for drug law reform.
