I'm researching camcorders right now, and Amazon suggested I get not just the DCRHC30, but also the DCRHC20!
Why would anyone want two camcorders, you ask? Home sex movies. Some angles just aren't flattering -- it'd be great to have an extra camera to choose from when editing the next Paris Hilton.

I have a Canon Optura MiniDV camcorder, and I like it a lot. It has a built-in 2MP digital still camera, which comes in quite handy, and it comes in an ultraportable form factor.
Some caveats, but mostly I really like this camera. After I finish my first video editing project, I'll have a better idea of the video quality.
