Will Saletan does everyone a favor and neatly outlines John Kerry's stance on Iraq, and how it differs from Bush. His recent statements are not completely consistent with what he's said in the past, but pretty close.

And for the record, Saletan points out that Kerry is now taking positions he criticized Howard Dean for. Meanwhile, Dean is now worried about the draft.
