Tim Carney from the free-market loving Phillips Foundation, lays it out in his Washington Examiner column: "Wal-Mart, it turns out, is no paragon of free-market virtue. The retailer benefits from eminent domain takings, special tax breaks, corporate welfare and all manner of subsidies - driving up taxes and eroding liberty."
