After being elected governor, everyone was a little surprised when Schwarzenegger took an executive editor post at two muscle building magazines. I even speculated it might be a joke.

But the LA Times started digging, and they've now unearthed just why Schwarzenegger took those jobs. In a nutshell? To silence a woman (and her friend) who he (allegedly) had a 7-year affair with.
