Off-topic, I was very confused about Props 78 and 79.

I don't understand what Prop 80 is about, probably because I haven't read it. Anyway, the only proposition I am voting for is 79.

In terms of local (for some of us) measures, I'm voting for F and against everything else. It's important to note that Measure F is not (supposedly) going to raise property tax rates. It just gives the school district permission to float the bond to pay for all the projects they have in the pipeline. Unlike the NASA visitor center, school districts don't typically have enough cash on hand to pay up-front for projects.
