Must-read brilliance from Malcolm Gladwell. He makes the case that in order to solve homelessness, we need to ditch our morality. "We can be true to our principles or we can fix the problem. We cannot do both." Amazing.

I have been told today that I needed to have a lung biopsy,I have been crying and all upset at the thought of anyone putting holes in my lungs.
Seems to me that this would make abad lung even worse definately not help breathing problems at all/someone who has been there HELP ME UNDERSTANDPLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!PAM
