Whoever came up with that language at the Googleplex deserves to have their capital gains taxes waived next time they exercise stock options. Beautiful.

As usual this administration is favoring secrecy in the wrong places and advocating for transparency where they have no business going.

E.g., we need transparent, open source code in voting machines to prevent fraud. I don't see Bush cronies pushing for that.

On the other hand, when in it comes to invading the privacy of citizens, the Justice Dept is seeking free reign. Would the current gaggle of empowered Republicans have stood for this kind of Justice Dept during the Clinton Years?
