New film -- Behind the scenes of the Tom DeLay indictments

March 6, 2006 9:20 PM

Last fall when the indictments came down on Tom DeLay, word got out that there were two Texas filmmakers who had been filming Ronnie Earle, the D.A., for several years during the pursuit. I was really excited and sent an email around to my colleagues... and then a week or two later, Robert tells me we might be able to distribute it! And now, months later, we're finally ready to announce Brave New Films' first distribution deal with outside filmmakers... THE BIG BUY: How Tom DeLay Stole Congress.

Big story in tomorrow's New York Times about it, and a lot more on Robert's blog.

More from the archive in Corruption, Crime and Punishment, Movies.
