Best moment: "when I caught a 7.5 pound perch in my lake."

Sounds about right.

UPDATE: naturally, this story is getting complicated. supposedly, the largest freshwater perch ever caught was 4 pounds 3 ounces, so it's highly unlikely Bush caught one almost twice as big. and now the white house transcript of the conversation says it was a bass not a perch.
