This is why the reasons for going to war need to be based on facts and understood BEFORE we go to war. Miscreants, misanthropists, and lovers of violence would be expected to show up given the right opportunity. Even if they are a tiny minority, we need to have a zero-tolerance for "volunteers" looking for this kind of opportunity.

Unfortunately Bush provided it. Now they are representing America to the world. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for Rumsfeld's investigation to shed light on this issue. He's more likely to ignore it like all the other war scandals have been ignored.
