NY Times: Finally, Mr. Levin steered the conversation to the one issue not yet discussed: ownership. He revealed that he was willing to settle for 45 percent ownership of the merged company for Time Warner shareholders. Mr. Case, who had long been pushing for a 60-40 split, called for a bottle of 1990 Château Léoville-Las-Cases from the wine cellar. The deal, in essence, was done.
