NY Times on Value America:
- They agree the company has been mismanaged.
- They accept that entrepreneurial founders of companies are often not the best executives to run them as they grow.
- And they say that things have gone so far off track for Value America that it would probably be better off if it were bought, at least in part, by a larger company.
