Red Herring: Things sure have changed in the Internet economy. Gone are the days when Internet World was wall-to-wall with wide-eyed entrepreneurs with a dollar and a dream. Gone are the throngs of attendees, the carnival atmosphere, and the hit-the-jackpot mentality. In fact, things were so morbid, there was even a graveyard set up in a lonely corner of the exhibit hall dedicated to those dot-coms that are no longer with us.
