Rob Ryan on MBAs: They revert to what I call primitive analyst principals. They learn how to do research and other analyst-type things - creating charts. So you get this blizzard of charts that get created on metrics and points that I don't even give a shit about. And the one thing that they should give a shit about - the customer and how they're saving him or her money with their product or service - they don't have an answer to.
