Bill Gates: "Has AOL ever added any new features to their products? They have dominant market share of all their stuff. They actually added features? Unbelievable! Who are these people adding features? What's going on here? Well, what's going on is that the PC industry is the most competitive industry that has ever been in terms of software availability and advances. I think that there is some merit to adding features."
