Christina is rad!
Geoffrey writes to ask what is wrong with Atlas Shrugged. I can take that question two ways. The first way is what is wrong with it as a work of fiction, and the answer to that is it combines improbable story that no matter how much I try, I cannot imagine actually happening as written, with horrible philosophy and lengthy tangents that serve no purpose in the story. The second way I could take the question is what is wrong with it as a work of philosophy. To answer that is simple, it tells a story, and then argues for it's views in varius subjects by making reference to the story. I could write a story called atlas didn't shrug where the roles of the good and bad guys are reversed, and argue the exact same way to a different conclusion.
In other words it takes bad fiction blends it with bad political and economic thinking and doesn't even have a good narrative or story to it.
A better question might be what isn't wrong with atlas shrugged.
