Bush planned invasion 9 months before 9/11

According to former Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neill in a "60 Minutes" interview airing tomorrow night, the Bush Administration started planning the invasion of Iraq days after his inauguration in January 2001. 9 months before 9/11.
