FOX: "People steal our footage all the time"

July 11, 2004 7:58 AM

Everybody knows now that there are "lots and lots" of unauthorized clips of FNC pulled off Dish Network (we didn't use DirecTV for "political" reasons, so to speak)

Kurtz asked: "So will Fox sue Greenwald over the film?"

Dianne Brandi, Fox News's vice president for legal affairs: "People steal our footage all the time. We generally sort of look the other way."

Looks like Mr. Franken taught them a lesson.

Let Fox take it to court. They will get as far as they did with Al Franken.
