UK considers 'bias' rating system

The UK is considering a rating system to clearly label bias coming from foreign news sources. This is targeted at Fox News.
Ofcom, the UK communications regulatory body:
The research could be taken to show that, given the complaints received during the Iraq war, the essential tool UK audiences require is an indication of whether they are watching or listening to news that is primarily made for an overseas warning.... A rule could be created which says re-transmitted news made originally for a non-UK audience should be labelled as such.
