O'Reilly, Hannity, and ... Jerry Springer?

September 3, 2004 11:31 AM

My ReplayTV died a few months ago, and I just got a replacement Tivo yesterday. So far, I've set it up to record two shows -- O'Reilly and Hannity. (it's for work, people!)

Now the Tivo is on a mission to find other stuff I might like. So far it's dug up the Best Damn Sports Show Period and a Jerry Springer rerun.

Johnny Utah:

Now that you told the Tivo to record two "News" shows, it'll record every other "news" program known to man as "suggestions". Not to fault my TiVo, but sometimes I get a kick out of what it thinks I would like to watch.

tony:

and i thought i had to do crappy things for work.

my prayers are with you.

any time your Tivo "suggests" thinks that you dont like, make sure to hit the red thumbs down button three times before you delete the show.

(you might also want to slide a pair of 200 gig hard drives into that puppy - if you have a model of tivo capable of such things - for greater storage)

Brian Carlson:

I'm looking for an episode of Jerry Springer titled "I'm Sick of Love." aired May 6, 2004. Curious if you might have saved it on Tivo. Thanks
