Voter registration fraud in Vegas

October 12, 2004 7:35 PM

Looks like there's a huge voter registration scandal brewing in Las Vegas. An organization called Voters Outreach of America has several former employees accusing it of trashing registrations from Democrats. This is big time illegal.

Eric Russell, former employee: "We caught her taking Democrats out of my pile, handed them to her assistant and he ripped them up right in front of us. I grabbed some of them out of the garbage and she tells her assisatnt to get those from me."

Zogby's most recent poll has Kerry up by 1% in Nevada.

Dave:

Tip of the iceburg. From what I've heard, there are SCORES of GOP and Dem. lawyer teams creeping around Florida, Ohio, Wisconsin...most of the 'battleground' states. Sort of like an advance team, surveying the literal battleground for the big hoe-down on Nov. 2nd.

My prediction: 2004 will make 2000 look like kindergarten nap time.
