Wal-Mart's fear and smear campaign

October 31, 2005 9:45 AM

San Francisco chronicle, in a front page story on the film: "Wal-Mart is countering with a campaign worthy of the final days before an election -- even circulating a review panning Greenwald's directorial efforts in a 1980 Olivia Newton-John vehicle. And Wal-Mart officials haven't even seen the new film yet."

They've also done a video that looks like a bad powerpoint presentation attacking Robert and the trailer. We decided to have a little fun and make our own version -- with a different narrator.

Yes folks, looks like we've got the biggest company in the world running scared. ::giggles::

Oh and check out the new television ad Wake-Up Wal-Mart just started running. It's amazing how everyone is taking the film and just running with it. They did this all on their own, and there are all sorts of groups holding big events. I'm having a really hard time just keeping up with it all!
