There doesn't really seem to be much of one, at least not online. So my step-mom -- not one to shy away from a chance to fiddle with WordPress plugins for hours on end -- started My Transplant, an online gathering place for those dealing with the craziness of getting and receiving used certified pre-owned lungs.
