Memorial service for Jim Gilliam

On Saturday, December 15th at 3pm, we will gather to celebrate the extraordinary life of our friend Jim Gilliam at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Jim's connection to UCLA runs deep. His mother Kathy was one of the only women in the math department back in the late 60s/early 70s. It's where Jim received his double lung transplant and where he was, as he says, born again. And, of course, UCLA is the birthplace of the internet.

Because this is a memorial for Jim, it will be an unusual and special one, so please make sure to RSVP for yourself and any guests. All details will be sent via email after you RSVP. Note that this is by invitation only, so please be mindful not to share publicly.
